Per CSE Policy 3...

Per CSE Policy 3...Correct me if I am not reading this right, but per Canadian Securities Exchange Policy 3, I interpret that push come to shove, Canamex can be delisted.  Why has it potentially come to this, I haven't a clue.  But this seems to be serious.

Please read the following 1st paragraph from CSE Policy 3.....

POLICY 3

SUSPENSIONS AND INACTIVE ISSUERS

1. Listing Agreement

1.1 The Listing Agreement authorizes the Exchange or the Market Regulator to halt and authorizes the Exchange to suspend trading in a Listed Issuer’s securities without notice and at any time or to delist the securities of a Listed Issuer if the Exchange or the Market Regulator, as the case may be, believes it is in the public interest.

I can't interpret anything positive as to what just happened to Canamex.
