Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:I’m all in

RE:RE:RE:I’m all in Yeah...so what you are saying is that I told the truth...I got burned.  Like so many others who were convinced.  Also, notice I never suggested ANYONE else buy in?  I don't do that.
Anyway, I wish you all luck here.  The board looks as though it is in GRRRREAT hands now with all these well informed and new longs who bought recently. The proof will be in pudding.
Is Aphria a good buy?  If there is nothing to the allegations...GREAT BUY.   $30+ by July.
If 5% of the allegations are true...well you chose the casino now you play with the house rules.
House rule #1- The house always wins...that means YOU lose.
House rule #2- refer to rule 1.

I sincerely hope that it is all a fabrication...but I doubt it very much.  There are some highly questionable characters involved.  Maybe Aphria survives...but does LHS take a hit and how will they bring them back into the fold without the help of their trusty friend who does the deals?  How easy will it be for them to begin a new short based on that?  Will they turn their ire on SOL or another company that is aligned with Andy D?  Seems like they have hard on for his affiliations.  Why?  So many companies on the stock exchange to choose from.  Some are easier than others, but seeing that Honig name on a transaction that involves my company was terrifying.  Anytime you potentially do a deal with someone who has real black marks in the eyes of regulators, you should immediately cut ties.  THAT WAS VIC'S DUTY TO US...don't put us in harms way.

I don't see APHA as investable right now.  It is straight gambling...however not if you bought in early....$5 and under isn't gambling because the assets of Aphria are worth at least $4 a share in a fire sale...so there is some safety in that.

If the shorters take another stab at Aphria how many of these new posters stick around?  None.
Aphria now has only 3 types of investors left, the super longs who bought in the early financing rounds, those that are desperate to GTFO of this stock the moment they get their money back and day traders who feast on the volatility and the fear.  ...maybe 4...shorters who know that Aphria is an easy target because they happen to have associated with unsavoury types in the past and they can spread rumours quickly even if not true and scare people to death.
All of it is headwinds.  So there is 1-3 months of pain for sure.   The farm bill gets done this month...there will be a rally....does Aphria miss it or at least not benefit to the same extent?  That is a serious concern that had me rethinking the investment.

Once the management team is different and the surrounding group of characters eliminated from the company's day to day activities...Apha becomes investable and may actually be the best buy in the space in terms of risk/reward...but until then, I'm not bashing I'm trying to ensure that more money isn't lit on fire at the altar of the lowest cost producer but the also the lowest attention to shareholder value company.  Investors have paid with their money for this disaster.  Do you not expect your CEO to stick up for you?  Or do you have a built in excuse for him?  I don't anymore.  It was inexusable.  MY MONEY.  I never got offered .001 cent shares for LHS.  I was never in the loop for that.  So excuse me if I'm pissed that I took an enormous loss at the hands of a company that wouldn't defend the shareholders during a massive short attack.  If the entire short was a fabricated lie it doesn't ABSOLVE the management from NOT defending the stock price.  3 million dollars in shares?  Yeah you mean from 3 directors who have seed shares at peanuts to the tune of 2 million shares, 8 million shares and 10 million shares?  Oh...I see...that's protecting the shareholder?  How about a daily NR and an international media tour to ensure that the stock doesn't collapse?  No we had to count on SOL to put up a defense.
Anyway, I'll never convince any of you, nor do I care.  However, I won't be disparaged especially since I've invested more and cared more about this company than 99% of you.  You don't get that win.
