RE:Was in contact with Guzman who wrote that article...I'm sure Boots333 will respond in due time but ill give you my two cents, nothing in life is guaranteed so 100% chance of migration is to high but feel 70% is on the low side considering Pemex is a partner & the extreme negative implications to foreign investment if its not migrated. I like the way ROE went about things drilling extra wells beyond the minimum requirements & feel this will go over very well when reviewed considering many company's did very little in this time frame . Remember Pemex wants company's like ROE to be successful, the better they do the better Pemex looks. ALMO wants Pemex to have more power, Pemex has approved the contract for migration . ALMO is no different than most politicians, he will blame & criticize the past administration as much as possible in these early days but eventually he will need to get off campaign mode & onto a leadership role...
