Five years ago I owned 3 percent of the shares of this . I held onto my position from 2009 to 2013 at an average price of 40 cents . This basement dweller languished for years , it trafed at 40 cents forever ,book value was 2 bucks , with only 4 %debt . Earnings waffled around but at one point it was trading 6 times earnings with no debt , strong balance sheet . In 2013 it was the target of a take over attempt and I sold my shares on the news the next day . In DD the offer fell apart . Good MacCormack , who I often dquabbled with was replaced by this new idiot . A guy in a bow tie ain't gonna cut it in a metal fabricating plant . He undid the vision of Gordon and replaced the international focus to concentrate strictly on North America and now the mighty Hyduke which has been in business over 40 years sits in the ash heap and must deal with the loan shark forms to stay afloat .Sad , very sad . As a tribute to past and present shareholders ,VPO , stock picker to the stars and celebrities is reaching into his grab bag and giving all in the spirit of Xmas a mti bagger tip . I have made over 2 million dollars in the last two months trading volatile liquid stocks like TNXP ,TRVN , CPHI and PTI. Buy TRVN on Monday it will double within a month and stall halfway between a double and a triple .
