The Pipestone acquisition will pay off in spades when the market volatility settles down, and people focus on how the Pipestone acquisition is going to take them from a target of 60,000 boepd to 110,000 boepd. If you look at the company's history, they have always met or exceeded their targets. You don't see that very often. No reason for that to change now. They have a long history of being able to come out of these downturns unscathed. As far as the prospect of dilution goes, ain't going to happen. I'm not an accountant, but Ronald Poelzer is, and because he just bought 250,000 shares of NVA at $3.45, I think my opinion is warranted. It wouldn't surprise me if he was up $500,000 on those shares 3-6 months down the road. I'd be more surprised if he wasn't. GLTA.
