On November, 26th, at 9h42 ET, Axe issued a news release saying that shareholders approved the acquisition of Terranueva and the concurrent financing by 72%, I repeat 72% !

It would be interesting if any of Manakai's friend could send him this  " secret " information that is public, unless Manakai put Axe's web site on ignore !!!
