The answer to your question is straightforward. If on Wednesday it is clearly demonstrated that Vic Neufeld exercised appropriate fiduciary responsibility and acted with integrity than at worst he is guilty of not handling the PR of this company well. Aphria can no longer be the tortoise of the sector. For that reason I would suggest a friendly resignation and passing of the CEO to Ripstein is in order. This CEO has done a terrible job of NRs. Sure, other CEOs have pumped too hard, but APHA has really dropped the ball...and I am not just talking about the last week. Time to turn the page and let investors know things like the status of HC approvals and other reportable events that those of us invested would like to find out from APHA’s website and not Stockhouse, Reddit, or MidasLetter.
If in fact there is some pocket lining, even if not illegal, and Neufeld is implicated, then he is not doing anything on Wednesday and his replacement will be making announcements about the state of affairs.
As for those wanting to take shots at ProfC or Atheena...I prefer we focus on what next.
I have accepted my situation. Of the 60K shares I owned, I have realized a net loss of about 350K. I do not expect to try and regain this with the 25K shares I presently own. What is done is done. Whereas at one time I thought 25 to 30 dollars was a slam dunk by year end, I am hopeful we see that in a year or two “IF” we survive next week.
As for Greco, those damming lies on his resume (for example, apparently been with Hindenburg since 2008, but company not created until 2013) and other obvious inconsistencies clearly dissolved his credibility. Perhaps APHA will be lucky and follow the path of SodaStream and have a 12 times growth ahead. I suspect Altria is somehow behind the orchestration of all of this.
Despite all the apparent good news dropping next week (LHS Monday, Citron Report, APHA rebuttal) I am still nervous. It’s been over six weeks of bad news in this sector and particularly APHA. I have been conditioned to expect the worst. Gawd I hope there is a shift in the wind.

Thanks for your responses.
