RE:is it at the lows yetTechnicals are good for illustrating patterns. Patterns that are based on historical observation. The longer the pattern, the more reliable. These historical observations are useful, but I don't know about saying "are the technicals ready to support a rebound'. I might be splitting hairs. I wouldn't wait for the technicals to say "buy", but they do illustrate patterns that may be helpful in summarizing historical observations. For what it's worth, the RSI is bullish, which supports the assertion that VII is currently in an oversold state and may be on the verge of turning. Next week will be a very telling week IMO.
