Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Guilty of believing in Aphria's Integrity
I can understand your feeling of sadness.  Also of Atheena's.  Had I had a higher average holding than I do, I too may have had to sell. Most of what you have just said could be true.  But let's not through out the baby with the bath water just yet. We should know this week whether or not management is at fault...........We just may be surprised..

I married this stock since 2016 attended 2 AGM and toured the facilities. I was given information on a pending deal with Altria and bought more on margin and told friends and family and other posters privately to BUY more. A deal " by American Thanksgiving" was told by Vic Neufeld himself on Nov 2. But instead Chronos got Altria and last Monday Dec 3 was like Pearl Harbour Dec 7 come early. I was FORCED to sell at low $ 5 at huge LOSS. YES I am bitter ! and wish I had my shares st $12 like before and this is a nightmare. The reasons for the short thesis may or may not be valid in totality but the Nuuvera and Lorne Abony deal and LATAM and Andy Difrancesco Delavaco Honig connections do not pass "the smell test". If I had stock I would have a fear not of what Vic does or does not say but what the regulators in New York say. I did not want to instill unnecessary fear but that if I had shared that is what I would worry about as even Martha Stewart was hung out to dry for a phone call on an insider tip. Why did the actions of Vic Neufeld have to put his shareholders in harms way and torture and turn good people against each other over the losses of hundreds of thousand of dollars that is life altering. We are burned Aphria believers and now longs have to worry needlessly instead of celebrating 2.4 billion dollars in the APH bank. True longs are underwater or have lost profits and they are holding bravely but pissed at the situation. I wish it was Sept 14 and I was holding at $ 20 with dreams of a Haltria or Dealagio. Merry Christmas to all and maybe a better Happy Year Year for Aphria holders. I am sad !
