I understand that.
The reason that I am upset is this. B4 the last quarter announcement, Neptune said that they expected the license in October timeframe. Jim even said that it could be earlier. We all learned that Neptune submitted the final package to health Cananda in September. Which I think that Neptune either didn't know all processes properly or didn't sumbmit all documents. Meanwhile, Mr. Timperio and Mr. Scottenfeld and one other manager in Neptune excercised lots of stock options. They knew that they screwed up and the license would not come in October and took the advantage over the shareholder based on what they screwed up. This is not forgivable.
