RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Liking The Way TCW Is Doing ThingsI agree that we didn't see 8 dollars like Calfrac did however, trican bought Canyon almost doubling their outstanding shares, no exposer to US, didn't have the large investment from Wilks and also didn't have the same EPS quarter after quarter. In my opinion since then trican SP has traded and still does trade around half the SP as Calfrac. I know at one point in time Trican's SP was higher but that was before they bought Canyon and I still don't know if that was a good decision or not. Time will tell I suppose. Just my two cents.
I do think there will be some more rough times ahead that could equate to 2015/2016 lows sub 1 dollar but it will be across the market. If Trican hits 1 dollar Calfrac will be at 2 dollars within a week.
Production cuts are just a bandaid to a far larger problem Canada is facing and until we can get all provinces on board to fix it things won't improve. Even if a pipeline was announced tomorrow it's still 5 years away from flowing and the rail cars are coming but won't start showing up to end of 2019 i heard so nothing is changing for awhile but again just my two cents and I hope I'm wrong.
