Help me out here...

Help me out here...What makes CROP so special? I've been watching the stock price today and I know that the Farm Bill is going to open things up... but it's going to open things up for a lot of people. A lot of people are already teed up and ready to roll. Meanwhile, it sounds like CROP's #1 property (Moses Lake) is still not completed.  What am I missing?  Thanks!
