Any Idea on when this stock will start gaining?

It's been almost a year and this stock has trickled away over half its value. Every week we seem to be setting a new year low. Today we set another one at .54 cents. I understand the market is correcting itself during these last few months but how low can this stock go? We have over 3 million tonns of lithium and somehow were still stuck at less than a dollar. Someone care to shed some light on this matter, or is this just a slow market at the moment and next year we should expect a big gain? Sidoo himself said the markets should of picked up by now and advantage should be over a dollar. Morning star has it rated at .95 cents.
