disosa is ruben ooms...I've been a long time wnd and grb shareholder...I spoke to Jeff and this is his response to disosas comments...

we are trading at $ 1.03 CAD  with +- 20 million $CAD..why this low shareprice?
 
Greenbriar does not give away millions of shares at 10 cents to pay off promoters
 
despite the hard work of Jeff (nobody doubts this) the last 6 years , he hasn't achieved anything so far in revenues. Ruben could of left WND after 6 years but he did not and chose to stay
0 revenues in all those years..  True, but neither has 99% of all TSXV companies, in fact all the Canadian Cannabis deals that have revenues have massive losses and hundreds of millions of shares out but the promotion machine is heavily greased and it’s a matter of musical chairs
 
let's check:
-windfarm UTAH :deal signed 2013 :0 revenues,project halted ,now in court and probably this windpark never will be built Awarded USD $4.4 Million cash award but arbitration was non-binding. Too busy to sue right now.
-Montalva solar project signed in 2012-2013 ..0 revenues and 6 years later project is still on hold and also in court and nobody knows if that project ever will be built.  Not anyone's fault Puerto Rico refuses to accept everyone's contracts. We are the only ones in the fight and protected our interest. Even the multi-nationals walked away.
-2014 october: PR for the sale (or partial) sale of the company: never heard anything. Focused on Montalva
-Gauzy aquisition for 2.5 million shares at 0.85$cad in june 2017:18 months later 0 revenues and not 1 deal is closed i guess... Focused on Montalva, RB, and Real Estate and AI deal
-Realblock 2018:testing is ongoing  and 14 million revenues is projected but at last very dissapointed investor call update it's clear that 14 million is a wild guess...so no revenues yet and maybe later in 2019 but nobody knows (even not the management) Not what happened in the call. A major misstatement by Ruben of what was said during the call
-housing project 2018:plans are being made-financing search and permits maybe in half 2019 and net profit is 50/50 with PWR. this is also a big IF... Not a big IF… a big reality
 
so after 6 years a lot of talk and projects not 1$ revenue...that is why we are at 1 $CAD and that's why there is no interest in GRB stock.if you listen at the realblock call you notice there is no interest (3 questions (1 shareholfder and 2 investors) .. WND had 12,000 plus shareholders and 130 folks during Quarterly investor calls, GRB has 1,260 shareholders and we had 30 folks, so many more pro-rata than WND. In WND only 5 or 6 would ask questions and GRB we had 2
 
don't forget the VEG stock where Jeff projected also a lot of revenues in 2016 and gain and was broke after a couple of months...people don't forget that easy.. VEG was not Jeff's company. It was Arrowhead for 25 years before name change to Captiva Verde and was trading at one cent per share just before when Jeff took over the company. When Jeff put his name on the company it went from one cent per share to 61 cents per share on large volume. Every old shareholder could have sold.  It traded good volume almost every day. Jeff built a large organic farming operation with over $6 million in sales for the 12-month period. There was a fight between old shareholders and Jeff for control as this was not his original company. To avoid a fight, Jeff resigned and he let shareholder group takeover but they ran it into the ground. Jeff bailed out the company with USD $3 million and brought the company back with no rollback.
 
now Jeff has to deliver and stop talking and make promises ....there will be no gain in shareprice till Montalva is signed or Realblock has revenues and big question is if this will ever occur.
 
Jeff is hard working businessman and a nice person and with WND he was very succesfull for himself but also for shareholders..since then it's a little disaster for him and not everything is his fault (Montalva delay) but now he needs to perform..
 
i give him in 2019 his last opportunity to perform otherwise i'm out....
 
if any of his projects will be succesfull then we could see 8-10 cad..otherwise we are here in 2020 still with a shareprice of 1$cad and a lot of (new) promises..
 
time will tell..
 
Ruben buys and sells whenever he wants and has been a very good long term shareholder. I am very honest with what I am doing and I do not force Ruben to sell, buy or hold. He is in this GRB because he trust and respects me and if he gets fatigued of this deal that is his business, but his characterization is not correct of the events. He is being upset with share price, not my performance.  I do not pay off promoters.
