Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. is a Canada-based medical device company. It is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools to monitor patients with heart disease. There have been ongoing discussions between CFDA and management of the Joint Venture in China, which has done everything they have been asked. We get an update periodically – they have told us they are in the very last stages and it should come through anytime, but it seems to be dragging on for months and months. It is a VERY different business and regulatory environment in China, and I’m not sure I’d want to put a date on it. It is frustrating, but out of our hands.

On the other hand, they could get approval tomorrow, who knows.
