RE:RE:RE:RE:Joe MimranI've said it before but the whole corporate structure is deeply flawed. Having a husband and wife CEO/COO team and the CEO's father on the board and having his law firm act as the company's legal counsel should never have been allowed. I'm shocked that Joe Mimran was OK with this arrangement.
