RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Tony Seba: Clean DisruptionYep it is frustrating. i hardly post positive anymore because there is nothing to post. Instead of dilution there are other means they could take such as loans or bonds issuance but in order to do so they need to be generating some sort of revenue. They can also apply for grants, subsidies and things like that but at some point they will need a large infusion of cash. As stated, if you have good news get it out, do your PP after the pop and go from there like most other small companies. They could potentially be bought out by a company with money. Financing is their main issue. It's a pros and cons weighing out thing now. Do they have enough pros to outweigh the cons - that's where the DD should be.
Execute is what is needed. Saying that GLK can turn around and kick doubters in the balls with a large supply agreement. I would be happy if they did - ecstatic. They get rewarded for their hard work would be great. But still.... In the next several weeks we will know what's going on either way.
Also those EV videos are nice FYI but they don't mean that much. There are like 20 global battery manufacturers for EV at most. The growth in EV is forward projection, it would be better to focus on storage which is more now or lead acid batteries or something with an existing market to sell too. Graphite companies that have hopes of going to production years from now do the EV projection thing. The focus should be on the current graphite uses and be a supplier for that no matter it's usage. GLK is looking for commercial production now if they can get there.
BueBoy wrote: I wish I was a new investor but been here since 2014 and that's why I am downbeat. I would say realistic. I still have a very large holding into 7 figures and I think I know this company pretty well, but clearly not as well as you do. I am sorry but you are just plain wrong in what you say - no imminent news IS a big deal. Everyday that passes burns funds and I do know they are running on fumes. Plenty of good juniors have gone bust not because they did not have a great product but because they ran out of money. I would like someone to explain how they will raise funds with no news and a stock price at 2.5c. One thing I do know is they are out there trying to place shares to raise funds which means dilution and at only 2.5c or less it will be a big dilution. That concerns me as if orders were imminent then why not either wait for positive news and a jump in the stock price to then raise funds or use the orders to borrow working capital. You just constantly banging on that news is coming with nothing but your unknown DD is just not constructive. It would be constructive if you shared this fantastic DD you alone seem to have and make us all rich. I'll be the first to send you on a crate of Dom Perignon. Lets base comments on known facts and not hope.
