They can not sign any deals until the get a sales licence.
I think they would also need to complete the expantion to be frowoing enough product to have that type of supply agreement. It is too early for HUGE to have that type of deal.
They need to foucs on getting TRPX deal done and decide to move on from it. That needs to be priority #1. It has a major impact on the direction of the compnay.
