Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Short Seller Allegations Garbage Rebuttal Not even Necessary

Short Seller Allegations Garbage Rebuttal Not even NecessaryThe Short Seller motivation was to trash Aphria to sink the share price so that they could make lots of monies at fearful sharholder's expense. Most of their allegations were just misrepresentations of the company in the first place. Aphria can come out with a statement and show that their purchases were all done above board. This was already done by the Florida company that sold the properties to them. Aphria just has to continue to grow their large crops and report increased earnings. Also, larger companies will be looking to take them over since they have such good operations! Good Luck to Aphria Longs:-)
