RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Cornerstone on Q3 results

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Cornerstone on Q3 results... forgot to mention that this largest, most advanced greenhouse is already FULLY FUNDED and COMPLETELY PAID FOR by a third party that sits on Sunniva's board, and it will cost Sunniva nothing until it is actually built, i.e. operational and productive. So where is the risk here?

And another point about the idea of Sunniva being inexperienced and lacking understanding of the California market: How, then, do you explain the fact that they were able to obtain all municipal and state permits, and 26 licenses for the cultivation, distribution, manufacturing and retailing of cannabis? That they were able to secure the Barker Pacific Group partnership and have this monster built at no initial cost? That they're a few short months away from completing what is the most advanced, most sophisticated greenhouse anywhere in the States? That they've signed 4-5 extraction agreements with established California brands, and are already producing (and generating revenue from) high-end top of the line extracts? That their vape business has been consistently generating over $1m in quarterly sales? Do you think Oakland Vision Projects and the growers they've acquired as part of it have no experience and don't know the California market? Do you think LTYR, a distributor that has been active in the California market since 2014, doesn't know anything about it? Jeff Thorne, clueless? The guys on their board that have enabled them to navigate the California regulatory system and develop a one of a kind, unparalleled, unrivalled business model, amateurs? I could go on. The point is, everything points towards Sunniva having all of the capabilities and know-how required to be wildly successful in this market that is certainly one of the most important in the world.
