Which actual vote?
From my limited understanding of US-American legislative procedures, now the only things left to happen to make the passing of the Farm Bill "complete" are the House vote, which is scheduled for this week, and after that the final step is the signing by the president, which is also supposed to happen this week or sometime this weekend.
