Okay, but I mean the Senate vote yesterday was also quite a surprise - at least for me, I had thought the House vote would happen first and that we would not see any vote before Wednesday. So I think chances are quite good they get this bill finally passed and signed this week, otherwise they would not be in such a hurry.

But even it should take until next week, I don't think it'd matter for investors who were depended on the outcome of this bill in their decision making process, since its contents are now public and it is evident that the bill has very broad support from all/most of its stakeholders and involved parties.
