Why does it matter about the Fort Erie Building?

Why does it matter about the Fort Erie Building? It is the license that is important, not where the plants are raised. Please correct me if I am not as informed as others on this board, but would it not make more sense to take the $2.5 million purchase price for the building and put it toward a 3.4 million square foot greenhouse instead? Could they not simply transfer the existing license to that building, thereby creating more product and much more money? It would be far better to pay the $16,666.67/month rent on the existing building, which is only $600,000.12 for the entire 36 months, and put the rest of the funds towards the greenhouse. That way we have money coming in while everything gets ready. Again, to sum things up, $40 million was a GREAT deal, the Fort Erie Building means nothing, and the license is what is important. I welcome any thoughts, and creating Trolling comments. In my opinion only. Thanks-Buda.
