Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Me too. I have my money down and I feel comfortable and confident in its in a good place. What I can say for sure is that with shareholders that post duch negative opinions Jeff will not need enemies and bashers.

You have posted a most negative take and they do not distract from the positives posted. It provides more historical though, which was before my time. Unfortunately we won’t read any rebuttals from Jeff himself on this forum for his side,
