RE:RE:I seriously wonder if this delay is to lower option price

RE:RE:I seriously wonder if this delay is to lower option priceDitto, and completely agree. Predictably, the shares are selling off and will continue to do so until we get some transparency from management. We are almost trading at 0.6x book now. That is a ridiculous valuation. You could start liquidating the company tomorrow and we'd get our money back and more (eventually). That's why I'm not selling a single share here, although I am not willing to buy more given I don't know what the hell is going on re the earnings release.

This is really a good case study in terrible IR. The initial excuse for the earnings delay (power outage) was plausible as long as they promptly rescheduled. It's now a four business day delay from one day's work lost. This goes right to management's credibility. Did the auditors catch something that required extra work?  Is there some other issue causing the delay? If so I find it utterly baffling that they wouldn't just tell us the reason for the delay. The market is not bad at pricing in known unknowns. It's the unknown unknowns that we hate.
