Keep reading! 994,000 share purchase warrants, with the exercise price reduced to .10. So effectively, our shares were consolidated for a higher share price, but the warrants get to be exercised at less than today's SP. Warrant exercise prices usually go up to reflect the consolidation, not down. Sounds really fair to me! NOT!!!!!!
