All very good and legitimate arguments C

Markets will work towards closing existing arbs- whether its flowing bbls on a stable balance sheet trading roughly 10K /flowing with peer group not even close / heavy hitters seeing drops in associated gas ( as in CVE)  or whether its LNG working its way into the demand picture - the go private option comes in response to horrendous  public markets that seem to discredit even operating cash flow yields- something any " Simpleton" private equity firm would readily screen for
