It is my understanding that ECS had a cashflow problem with few options to resolve it, other than to sell some of its assets (EWS stock). The picture it paints is that they had to sell to stay afloat. If they had a large menu of options and decided to sell EWS stock then that would be a different story. I don't believe that was the case. If you have specific information to the contrary please inform us.
