Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:DD1964

RE:DD1964Gentlemen:

I've been long here since June 2016. I've believed in the Company, and gave the Co & the CEO the benefit of the doubt on Nuuvera, from this perspective,Mid-Dec 2018, I shouldn't have done so.

By Wed last week, I thought the Co was just fumbling its response to these Acusations, which I believed were far more serious that Leamington understood..?

Now 10 Day & Counting, this isn't fumbling is it..?
The Board should have advised the Gold Chain before Noon, Mon.Dec.3rd to get a lawyer separate from any Legal advise the Co was undertking..?

The longer this silence extends, the braver the Acusers are becoming aren't they..?

This is a publicly-traded business. The Sahreholders are the Business, they own the bricks & mortar.
The Company has lost Value, Credibility & Integrity..!!!!!
Agree whole-heartedly with Due Diligence 33, Daredevil, and others, the CEO's departure has to be the first thing the Corporate response has to report..!
