Changes slow and painfully slow in relation to the extremes of countermeasures they throw against it. You are one of many under the system and as such can be nimble and quick anticipating change or necessity for it. Prodigal individuals being in the same situation are fixed by the same rules. They are somewhat free to prophesize of the larger things but because of relative speeds they are often far ahead of the actual change or event. Some try to take this as an error as it hasn’t happened yet but it requires that it never will to be a true error. It is a sought after distinction and so draws many to try to become one. So you end up with a lot of false prophets so to say. Quite often the writting has been on the wall for quite some time but seldom mainstream. Just kicking arround some thoughts I had when Tim mentioned markets down and gold up. Speaking of prophetic sort of things some songs come to mind. Bob Dylan, the times they are a changing, or Simon and Garfunkel, the sounds of silence.
