Yes Mark Eden Monroe is a director at Continental Resources out of Oklohoma - Based in Oklahoma City, Continental is the largest leaseholder and one of the largest producers in the nation's premier oil field, the Bakken of North Dakota and Montana.

They trade on NYSE at about $47 us/share.

The purchase was for 60,000 shares.
