I mean, you can cowardly backpedal and blame all kind of changes, but the one change that stayed constant to the penny was the amount the had to pay for this disaster WGL acquisition.
It did not change at all since the day when this idiot Watson put together his scammy pitch book promising "8-10% annual dividend increases" and more "safety" whatever line in finacials you want to look at.
They new how much debt they will need right from the get go of these scammy pitch books!
