The investigation is to restore shareholder and investor confidence.

The delays are to adhere to process and regulatory requirements, to show they have corporate governance, and use it.

If they responded off the cuff, you’d be complaining they didn’t investigate thoroughly. Soon enough we’ll find out the facts.
