Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:On pot

RE:RE:On potIt is an issue since they delayed stores which resulted in massive price drop during the summer then their leader said he may go back to making pot illegal and a week later subtracted his comments after another 15% drop and now this. The sector will recoup but still

They are just scaling in the stores so Ontario doesn't strip the supply from the country as a whole. I assume by late 2019 as supply really starts to pick up they will be issuing way more. Companies will still be selling everything they can produce so I see this as a non issue.
