Are you saying that they have a permit to build but not to grow (from the town)?
But they are already growing? This sounds very bogus on behalf of the town & like law suits.
This is very confusing but that sounds like what your analysis said.
No I don't think they're growing at the phase three facility. They haven't finished phase two yet. Or if they have they haven't told us.
What I'm saying is...
Pelham said there would be a "pause" on cannabis growing as of 16 Oct 18. TRST filed on the 10th of Oct for their phase three facility.
TRST asked to be "grandfathered in" to the old rules Ie. they are allowed to grow cannabis but were denied by the municipality.
The municipality has something like 15 days to read through the application to find errors etc.
Nov 11 Peter said Brad and Ravensworth (not sure if thats his name) were "leaving".
I read that as of the 16 of Oct the city hadn't even looked at the application yet. So if you do a little beaurocratic work ethic, 15 working days could run right into the time frame Brad was fired.
Also, Aceto speculates the phase three will be ready in Oct 19. Thats when the "moritorium" on cannabis growing is once again up for discussion. I dunno...it does kind of add up and would help explain why the market has continually undervalued TRST.
However...If they don't have the permit to grow, and Aceto hasn't told us this, we shoud be able to sue in another Class Action, because this is material and misleading information.
If they do have the permit and this is all just paranoid nonsense then we learned a little more about the company and Aceto proves he can respond to shareholders concerns.
But if you look at the stock, it ran up from the 10th to the 15th like other LPs did, then Litwin sold 97900 shares essentially at the top. But it was also two days before legalization.....so again I dunno...but Aceto does.
