Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:The idea of a weed shortage is like $20K BitcoinFirst movers advantage is always important and there is no exception to that rule in this industry. Brands offering the best quality for the best price point, who are able to capture a loyal consumer base that actively advocate products to their friends, will be the ones that reign supreme. With less competition in the market, if you do it properly, you have a significant advantage in establishing a loyal following, as human behaviours are habitual.

I like Aphria for the value right now, and I see them being a player in the pharmaceutical space as clinical trials prove out. However, and despite the awful stock performance, I like the moves Supreme Cannabis has been making. I see them growing a loyal following and global brand in the next 5 years, the 7acres product is top notch. I don’t see much movement in the stock price short term due to dilution, but that’s my favourite LP to follow from a personal standpoint.

in summary, Canada has a big advantage, clearly.
