RE:2019 Guidance Bossu ,  Mr O  has already stated that 3800 tpd will not be on line untill sometime in Q3.  Mill heads  will not be maintained at  12.5 grams  due to the increasing amount of  sub 10 gram material that will be mined.  Trust me ,  it will all be revealed oficially in time
