Anyway, I dont care who wants what. Vic has not been a good PR person and he wasnt able to sell Aphria story. But if we are talking about shady deals, then you cannot blame it onky on Vic. All board members should be involved including john and cole.

Vic has literally hand destroyed the SP of this company in 2018. All these sketchy deals are covered in shrouds of mystery because the disclosure rules for shell companies are not the same. This strategy was not an accident. It’s just another in a long line of arrogant bad decisions by the Ceo. I gotta assume there are a lot of important people who are unhappy with him at the moment & who have been for some time. He just doesn’t seem to be able to get out of his own way.

Maybe I'm dreaming but I believe rob sands is stepping down from constellation as ceo in march. He will become executive chair. He would be a great replacement for vic if they could lure him away. Wouldn't hurt having someone who has some knowledge of how the market leader operates.
