seems markets are waiting for fed to decide on wednesday before they choose to go long or short.... Who thinks they'll stay put and who thinks they'll raise?

I'm hoping they stay put so we can have an easier time climbing up, because even if you pick a great growth stock in bearish markets, it's not a sure thing that it goes up.

From technicals, it seems we'll have a big move soon.
