St Lawrence Seeway is under Federal jurisdiction.

All you need is a pipeline heading east with a terminal ending somewhere along the Seeway: could be just west of Montreal. Then onto vessels to refineries East and to international markets.

The other thing that needs to happen: end transfer payments to Quebec. This will solve the issue in no time.

The mayor thought he was smart in Whistler to go after CNQ or to ask for compensation for climate change. Now you have the entire town pissed (restaurants, hotels, etc.) because they are losing big dollar with CIBC shrinking its event significantly.

Money talks!
