Insider buying and the "buyback" has gone on here for more years than I can remember. Having virtually no effect in my opinion. Am I the only one concerned that our 2018YE numbers had absolutely no effect on the stock price? Silence and games still being played with stock moving between the same houses... is this to give the illusion of volume? Yawn.
