RE:RE:What The........?The partners don't automatically obtain control of D-6, they have to serve proper legal notices, they have started the process 1st by serving Niko with the 60 day default notice and 2nd by serving today's notice for Niko to relinquish the ownership of D-6, I don't know how long before Niko will have before they legally lose control but the partners are not wasting any time exercising their rights and their intentions are obvious.
