BOUGAINVILLE VENTURES INC. CEASE TRADE ORDER REVOKED
The B.C. Securities Commission has revoked its cease trade order against Bougainville Ventures Inc. as of Dec. 17, 2018. The cease trade order was issued as a result of the company's failure to file its audited annual year-end financial statements for the period ended July 31, 2017, on time.
The cease trade order did not disrupt the company's business operations, and the company's business has continued as planned.
