Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Tick, Tock, Tick, TockAgree with your comments.

As far as a sepcial meeting, wouldn't that would be the AGM and annual voting for the directors? If most shares are held by retail investors, we might have a fighting chance to get these bums out if we all just took the time to vote!

This is taking tooooo long. Management needs to give us, the shareholders, the ones who financed this company, some information as to when their response will be given. This company's PR and management are a disgrace. Victor said he does what he does for the shareholders. We shareholders have been left in the dark.  I, along with others here, are being treated like the redheaded stepchild. We had nothing but good things to say about Vic and the team for the last 2-3 years. Now, the sooner they are replaced the better. I have been long and only long on Aphria, but now..........I am starting to get worried (and angry).

Who here knows the procedure of how to put together a special meeting?  A meeting where we can bring about a vote of non competence and non confidences against Aphria's management team..........I am getting to that point of frustration. The company is solid but management has got to go.
