RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bruce Campbell is no longer CIO of CGOC

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bruce Campbell is no longer CIO of CGOCHi Harry,  It is Bruce here, just to set the record straight on a few facts.

1.  I am not and have never been an director of CGOC.

2.  We actually had the StoneCastle Cannabis Growth Fund in the works prior to the CGOC being formed.  Our mandate will be very similiar with both portfolios as far as the public portfolios go.  The big difference will be the amount of illiquid and privates that we can hold in the mutual fund vs CGOC's overall portfolio.  That being said, we only manage the public portion of the CGOC portfolio so as funds flow in and out of the two portfolios there may be some slight differences in weights and holdings due to that flow of investment dollars.

3.  As far as the performance of the mutual fund.  We launched the fund on September 14, 2018.  That day the HMMJ was at $22.35.  Today the price is $15.43 and is a -30% return.  The StoneCastle Cannabis Growth Fund was launched at $100 NAV.  The last  NAV is $79.88.  That equates to a -20% return over the same period of time.

4.  We spend equal amounts of time on each portfolio and continue to manage each portfolio to outperform.  Even with the stock price down, we continue to work with the entire CGOC team to generate returns for the CGOC shareholders which includes myself with 100,000 shares and 100,000 warrants that I purchased on the IPO at $2.50.
