On Dec. 10, chief corporate development officer Robin Chhabra purchased 10,723 shares in the market, initiating a portfolio position.

The information you have posted is contradictory to this https://www.marketbeat.com/stocks/TSE/TSGI/insider-trades/

The only transaction of note is CFO Bryan Kyle who bought at market rates.
The rest are just purchases at discount to market rates and small quantities.

Sedar is down I'd give it a quick look but all of this is meaningless. 
Wow the CFO making millions a year bought 500k worth of stock, big deal keep hamstering boys.
