RE:RE:Absolutely CHOICE NICKY (Davey)-straight from the horse's why do you sound so happy about this? "haha" - think it's funny?
you think owning worthless, untradeable stock is funny?
btw, i've spoken with a friend who is a lawyer specializing in sec law. according to her, IF the company moves to curacao, and re-establishes itself as a new company (new cusip / new shares issued) and moves to a different exchange, the canadian govt can not stop gnolf from issueing NEW shares in the new company to any one they want. the canadian govt would have no jurisdiction over the new company in curacao.
the old canadian shares would / could remain worthless ... so what !!! and the new company may be prohibited from trading on a canadian exchange ...so what !!! the canadian shares would have been exchanged for shares in the new company, outside canadian jurisdiction, and on a non-canadian exchange... no longer worthless / no longer untradeable !
now this should be good news to canadians holding gnolf shares ... and they should be rooting for the curacao move ...
and if the application to move to curacao has expired, why can't they reapply?
and please don't tell me they need unanimous consent at an agm to move to curacao ... THAT MAY HAVE BEEN THE STUPIDEST THING I HAVE EVER READ HERE... which takes a lot of stupid ... besides, why would any shareholder oppose this move - especially canadians - if it means the cto becomes irrelevant?
