I very much appreciate the conservative nature of this PEA, it should allow them to quickly get a PFS done.
Not mentioned, but I have heard whispers of, is a possible dividend. I think this is an extremely good idea for a few reasons. The gold industry has been woefully inadequate in returning capital to shareholders. It will attract invesors to the dividend who otherwise might avoid Mongolia (similar to Nevsun in Eritrea).
