RE:HUGE consolidation

Stock consolidation is never a good thing for a company.  in 20 years I have never seen a stocks price go up after consolidating.
I think HUGE has several different discussions on the go that shareholders are not aware of, with possible mergers, aquisitions and financing through private placement.
TRPX may or may not fit in with the other things they are doing.
I expect stff penalties for HUGE for breaking the terms of the deal and possible legal actions by TRPX against HUGE.
I think it is getting to the point of being ridiculous how long this has stretched out.  
HUGE either needs to sign a deal or move on and accept the penalties for doing so.
Either way TRPX will be fine
