The day of the hard drop, Goldman was a huge net seller, and then for several days following that day as well.   They did have one big buying day a couple of days later, but those 8 million+ shares were at an average buy price of $2.26.  A couple of days later they then sold 7.8 million shares for an average of $2.30.

Their massive (and very manipulated) buying has really only come in in the past week or so with about 20 million shares being bought in the $2.10 to $2.11 range.

Anyway, back to your point, it doesn't appear that buying off the $1.60 was the case for them. Too bad. They missed a good one.

To the present, I think they are just fine with the 20million+ shares of the past week.  I would imagine they're playing longer term too, so they should see a very nice gain on their investment.

Maybe it's the Goldman insiders who are selling the shares, that they bought for $1.60, to clients that want in, and those clients, we'ren't able to catch them that low. 

Hey, I put nothing past these thieving brokerage houses. But like you said. This will pass too.
